A41H type is suitable for equipment or pipelines with working temperatures ≤ 300 ºC in media such as petroleum gas, air, water, etc. A41Y-P/R type is suitable for equipment or pipelines with corrosive media working at temperatures ≤ 200 ºC, as an overpressure protection device. When the pressure inside the equipment and pipeline exceeds the allowable value, the valve will automatically open and then discharge in full; When the pressure drops to the specified value, the valve automatically closes to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines. 1. The spring micro opening safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small reseating pressure difference, and convenient adjustment.

2. Nozzle type valve seat: The valve seat is a Laval nozzle type valve seat, and when steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the speed of sound, with a large emission coefficient. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.

3. Thermoelastic valve disc: The valve disc is designed as a thermoelastic structure, which utilizes its small deformation under medium pressure to improve sealing ability and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon of the safety valve near the set pressure under medium pressure. The sealing surface of the valve disc adopts advanced laser quenching technology, which improves hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance.

4. Adjusting the nut: By adjusting the nut and adjusting the spring compression, the valve can easily and quickly obtain accurate set pressure.

5. Back pressure adjustment sleeve: an auxiliary mechanism for adjusting the back pressure of the valve disc. By adjusting the back pressure adjustment sleeve, an appropriate reseating pressure difference can be obtained. When adjusting, reduce the back pressure of the valve. When lowering, increase the back pressure of the valve.



3, Installation instructions for spring micro opening closed safety valve



1. The safety valve must be installed vertically and directly on the joint of the container or pipeline. The inner diameter of the joint should not be less than the inlet diameter of the safety valve.

2. The outlet of the safety valve must be equipped with appropriate expansion joints to prevent the thermal expansion of the discharge pipe from causing undue thermal stress on the safety valve. The inner diameter of the discharge pipe should be larger than the outlet diameter of the valve, and the length should be as short as possible to avoid turning. The weight of the discharge pipe and expansion joint should not act on the safety valve and should be fixed on the building. The distance between the centerline of the discharge pipe and the centerline of the valve body should be as short as possible. Each safety valve should be equipped with a separate discharge pipe.
